PyCon 2009 will be in Chicago, IL again starting Friday, March 27. Last year there was over 1000 people there and I know there are hopes that the attendance record of yesteryear will be broken yet again this year. I am going to this year for my 2nd time.
I will be attending both Tutorial Days (March 25 and 26). I’ll be taking both of Mark Ramm’s TurboGears tutorials the first day. On the second day, I plan to go to Py.Test in the morning and Chun’s Internet Programming with Python class in the afternoon. Hopefully Chun’s class will be as good as his book was.
I’d like to see Christopher Barker’s talk on wxPython and the web too during the main conference. Other than that though, I don’t have any other concrete plans, so I’m open to suggestion. Let me know if you have any recommendations.
